 Brian M. Gilbert is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, in the Tampa Bay area. He began his legal career as a creditors’ rights litigator representing some of the nation’s largest financial institutions. Since then, Mr. Gilbert transitioned into general civil litigation and now concentrates on representing clients in probate and elder law disputes and other related matters.
